pressed like in early times: the spice together with oil seed -in this case sunflower seeds- is pressed. Under high pressure the seasoning/aroma merges with the oil.

- Pannonian Fennel Pollen - a treasure of flavours
The taste of Fennel Pollen is unique and can't be mistaken; naturally fennel like a bit mellower with an elegant pine like touch.
Could be used to refine and finish starters, soups, main courses and desserts. Fennel Pollen are thinned manually, destemmed and repeatedly sifted - high production effort and low returns stand against a product of unique delicacy.

- Lard and pastries in a glass - a hearty bread spread made of lard, greaves lard or liver cream.
These products are manufactured according to old handed down traditions and recipes. Best quality from in-house butchery.
The hogs originate from the Gourmet-Region Tullnerfeld and Weinviertel.

How to use it: Wild Garlic Capers go with sauces, marinades, cheese, paté (meat-such as cold meat, Carpaccio, Vitello Tonnato), fish, pasta and antipasti. Also for salads, mushrooms, fondue or on bread with cream cheese.
